The Identities page of SharePoint Workspace Preferences Figure 11-56 shows the second tab of the Preferences dialog that lets you save your account information to a file so you can transfer the account to another machine. Whether you are planning to move to another machine or not, it is good practice to keep a copy of your account information in an offline file just in case your computer crashes and you need to install your account on a reformatted machine. If you are moving your account off the current machine, you may want to delete the account information from the current machine so that others cannot access your workspace through your account. Remember that you do not need to log into SharePoint Workspace when you start your computer because the account information file takes care of that for you automatically. Therefore, you do not want to leave this information on a machine that you are no longer going to use.
