The Notepad tool allows you to record text notes. To open this tool, just right-click anywhere in the blank section of the Content panel. A popup menu lets you add a new tool to the content area and change the view order of the tools. As you position your mouse over the Add New Tool menu item, a flyout menu appears with a list of the available tools. Once you have added the Notepad to your content area, you can begin adding notes. You can also achieve the same result by going to the Workspace ribbon and selecting Add from the Tools group and then selecting the specific tool you want to add. Each note must have a name which you might think of as a title. Within the body of the note, you can add only text. However, unlike using the Notepad tool in the operating system, this Notepad lets you style individual words (or characters) in the text as well as add hyperlinks within the text. The Pictures tool lets you include images saved in JPG and BMP formats to your workspace and share them with other members. You could of course create a new table directly from within the Rich Text Editor using the Create Table tool.
